Before we begin.
Do I need to understand AI?
No. Bring a repetitive task and a walkthrough of how you do it today. We will agree on the inputs, outputs and review steps together.
Will this work with my existing tools?
We check your tools and API access before quoting. A first pilot focuses on one source, one destination and one clear workflow.
Can you build an AI calling service?
Yes, as a custom pilot subject to technical fit. Inbound reception pilots start at ₹15,000; opted-in follow-up calling pilots start at ₹20,000. Telephony, languages, transfer rules and usage are scoped before work starts.
What happens after the pilot?
You get a handover guide and seven days of bug fixes. Ongoing support, new features and additional integrations can be quoted separately.
What about accuracy and customer information?
We define the information the assistant can use, test agreed scenarios and add a handoff for uncertain requests. Please use non-sensitive sample data for initial discussions.
